Alpha Xi Delta

Epsilon Omicron at Oklahoma State University

National Convention

Alpha Xi Delta holds National Convention every two years. This meeting serves as the time for conducting national chapter business and provides and opportunity for interaction between alumnae and collegiate members.

Each National Convention includes a number of educational and leadership sessions for collegiate and attendees and is a time for Sisters to bond while creating fun-filled memories.

The 2019 Convention was in Seattle, Washington. Six chapter members attended and got to network, learn more about their positions, and learn more about being a leader in the chapter. In Seattle, Epsilon Omicron won a couple national awards. The Quackenbush award, which is given to the most outstanding college senior in Alpha Xi Delta was awarded to our Chapter President at the time, Hannah Maggiore. Hannah, a 2020 OSU graduate, won this award for her outstanding work in the chapter and her outstanding academic achievements.

Epsilon Omicron won four chapter awards in Seattle too. AmaXIng Challenge Grant Winner - in support of our annual AmaXIng Race 5K philanthropy event. Changing the Future Award - presented to the chapter raising an average of more than $100 per sister in support of Autism Speaks. Heart of Gold Award, 2nd Place - Awarded to the chapters with the highest average volunteer hours per member in support of Autism Speaks. And last but not least, 3.0 chapter GPA or above for Spring 2019 Term.
